Elderberry Syrup (Foraged) is produced by Mama Kat's in Madison, AL. Mama Kat's Country Store is run by me, Gina "Mama Kat" Matlock. I am a 5th generation Southern Folk Herbalist and forager. All of my items are grown or collected in Madison County and no chemicals are ever used during their life cycle. My philosophy is to stay well by collecting nutrient dense wild foods and open the publics eyes to the variety and abundance of natural foods all around us.
