Fire cider is a spicy mix and is not recommended for children under 12. Fire cider is shelf stable without canning.Ingredients- apple cider vinegar, honey or honeysuckle syrup, horseradish root, onion, garlic cloves, jalapenos, Thai hot peppers, pepper flakes, black pepper, oranges, rosemary, oregano, and turmeric. (Honeysuckle syrup, dandelion syrup, or maple syrup can be substituted for a vegan variety.)These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration.
