The green coffee was assembled from a collection of small farms, by a rural NGO that acts as a union for coffee producers in Antioquia, Colombia. The green coffee was decaffeinated using the Swiss Water Process in Vancouver, BC.Swiss Water decaf removes 99.9% of the caffeine while (in our experience) also doing a great job at preserving the coffee’s original profile—brightness, flavor, and complexity.ABOUT COFFEE BREAKCoffee Break is a small-batch coffee roaster based in Huntsville. We're focused on quality, craftsmanship, and connection. We source exceptional coffees from around the world and roast them with care to highlight sweetness, balance, and clarity.
