Their eggs have an incredible richness that elevate baked goods to homemade pasta. My favorite way to use them is turning them into Lemon Curd. The whites make for an incredible meringue as well. 1 goose egg is equivalent ,in size, to 3 chicken eggsOur geese rotate with our chickens and are provided the same supplemental feed (non-GMO, no soy, no corn). They have access to their own pool of water that is changed out regularly. I highly recommend saving your shell for crafting adventures

Our family made Alabama home in 2015 and in 2019 the land for Harman Ridge Homestead was purchased .We are nestled on 18+ acres in Gurley, Alabama overlooking the Paint Rock Valley. We moved on the homestead in May 2021 and have taken the opportunity to steward this land and its beautiful native habitat.Our regenerative agriculture practices can be seen throughout the homestead and we look forward to the products, partnerships, and opportunities we can provide for the community at large.
