Yes, her namesake meant she was intended for Thanksgiving dinner a couple years ago.However, we enjoyed having her too much that we opted to keep her and consume her eggs instead. She produces approximately 100 eggs a year and we are excited to share some of her bounty with you. We will be adding additional turkey's this Spring for egg laying adventures for Spring 2027. Nutrition: A turkey egg has roughly 135 calories, 10.8g of protein, and higher cholesterol compared to ~72 calories and 6g of protein in a chicken egg. Who produces Turkey Eggs?
Turkey Eggs is produced by Harman Ridge Homestead in Gurley, AL. Our family made Alabama home in 2015 and in 2019 the land for Harman Ridge Homestead was purchased .We are nestled on 18+ acres in Gurley, Alabama overlooking the Paint Rock Valley. We moved on the homestead in May 2021 and have taken the opportunity to steward this land and its beautiful native habitat.Our regenerative agriculture practices can be seen throughout the homestead and we look forward to the products, partnerships, and opportunities we can provide for the community at large.

Pick up your order Tuesday from 4 to 6:30 PM at Southern Kitchen & Home inside Stovehouse, or select delivery at checkout.

How does pricing work?
