Sold OutThis is a French style milk bread, popular as a tea time snack. We think they make an excellent breakfast...midnight snack...any time really. They are similar to brioche but with a bit less butter. The tops are finished with egg wash and pearl sugar. Each is very sizable, 4" diameter and almost 4" tall, almost a mini-loaf.

Daniel is a US Navy disabled veteran and retired mapmaker. Stacy is a professional printmaker. Our aim is to grow heirlooms and unusual varieties that cannot be found in grocery stores. We’re growing vegetables from Thomas Jefferson’s Monticello farm, specimen figs, fruits once carried by Johnny Appleseed, medicinal and culinary herbs, chestnuts and hazelnuts, and glorious peonies and cut flowers on a 28 acre farm on Sand Mountain.
