Italian Loaf

Italian Loaf is produced by Mama Kat's in Madison, AL. Mama Kat's Country Store is run by me, Gina "Mama Kat" Matlock. I am a 5th generation Southern Folk Herbalist and forager. All of my items are grown or collected in Madison County and no chemicals are ever used during their life cycle. My philosophy is to stay well by collecting nutrient dense wild foods and open the publics eyes to the variety and abundance of natural foods all around us. So step outside your comfort zone and try something provided by mother earth, you may just find your new favorite veggie growing right outside your door!

Italian Loaf is $16.00 per Italian Bread (1 loaf). A service fee is added at checkout to support Hub operations.

The shop opens every Thursday and closes Sunday at midnight. Visit shop.huntsvillefoodhub.com, browse available products from 30+ local farms, add items to your cart, and check out. Pick up your order Tuesday from 4 to 6:30 PM at Southern Kitchen & Home inside Stovehouse, or select delivery at checkout.
